The 2015 town plan is the most recent; although, the town is working on updating it, since it comes up for renewal in 2023. This plan is important, in that it guides development regulations.

It is difficult to find, because of the navigation through menus to “Town Departments” and “Planning Commission + ARPA Sub-Committee”. This file is labeled “2015 South Hero Town Plan.”
